There are currently more than 15 known B-Vitamins which are also Called B-Complex Vitamins.

Augmenting nutrients for  B-Complex Vitamins are:  C, E, Calcium,  phosphorus, when a single B vitamin is taken the complete B-Vitamin Complex should be taken also.

B-Vitamins are:
Vitamin B1 - Thiamine:
Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin:
Vitamin B3/4 - Niacin / Niacinamide:
Vitamin B5 - Pantothenic Acid: (also called Calcium Pantothenate)
Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine / P5P:
Vitamin B7 - Biotin:
Vitamin B8 - Inositol
Vitamin B9 - Folate / Folic Acid:
Vitamin B10 - PABA: (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid)
Vitamin B11 - Choline:
Vitamin B12 - Hydroxy or Cyanocobalamin:
Vitamin B15 - Pangamic Acid: (also called calcium pangamate)

B-Vitamins are essential to a healthy nervous system, digestive system and peristalsis.  B-Vitamins are water soluble and must be consumed daily
Water soluble nutrients are not stored like fat-soluble nutrients are.
All water soluble nutrients need to be consumed daily.
Water soluble nutrients are measured in milligrams [mg] & micrograms  [mcg]

B-Complex
