Delicious Health Milk Shake

This the Basic Mix for all the shakes
12 to 18 cubes of ice
1 cup milk (can be skim milk or 2% milk or soy milk or rice milk)
¼ cup sugar --plus 1 tablespoon
½ to 1 --teaspoon vanilla

add to this any type of fresh fruit you desire to
place in blender--blend until the ice is crushed and drink
OH so very good.

Note: you can even use water instead of milk
Try it out and see how it taste.
By adding the protein powder or any type of protein complete meal
this makes this drink a High Energy Shake.

This one is wonderful

To the above basic blend add ½ banana, some fresh pineapple,
2 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal, 1- 1/2 tablespoons protein powder blend and drink.
Another variation
To basic mix add fresh strawberries, banana, pineapple, and protein.
Try any fruit mixture you would like to.

Experiment find out what you like the best.

Peaches -- Strawberries -- Oranges -- Apples
Pears -- Raspberries -- Papaya -- Mango
Blackberries -- Blueberries -- Kiwi
