Brewers Yeast Energy Milk Shake

2 tablespoons Brewers Yeast
3 tablespoons Lecithin
1 tablespoon Calcium Lactate powder (or) Bone meal powder
1 or 2 packs of Sweet & Low or Stevia Sweetener or 2 teaspoons honey
( NO nutria-sweet)
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon safflower Oil or pure virgin Olive Oil
1 or 2 cups 2% milk or skim milk
( if milk intolerant then use soy milk or goats milk )
5 or 6 cubes of Ice

Place all the above ingredients in a Blender and blend until Ice is crushed.

Important Note: When first beginning this milk shake start with 2 teaspoon Brewers yeast and gradually increase to the 2 tablespoons over a period of about
2  months.  [ note: the reason is most individuals are very lacking in digestive enzymes and if they start out at the full 2 tablespoons they may have excessive gas.]

This milk-shake has all the B-Vitamins and by adding the calcium powder and Olive Oil you get the needed supply of calcium and fatty acids as well.

Take:
1 vitamin A capsule ( 5,000 IU’s)
1 vitamin E capsule ( 1000 IU’s ) this E has to be the all natural called
D-Tocopherols and NOT DL-Tocopherols.  DL-Tocopherols are the synthetic form of  vitamin E.

You may also add so type of fiber tablet if needed.
Such as Metamucil capsules if needed

This milk shake provides all the B-Vitamins needed for the
daily supply nutrients.

Drink ONE Milkshake per day.  Say at Lunch Time  but always before  4 or 5 in the afternoon because is is an Energy Shake.

This Energy Shake is good for:
Stress, fatigue, digestion, Energy, weight, circulation, constipation,
mental fatigue, bone, all muscular activities.

You will find that your Energy Levels are higher.
It is great for maintaining your weight.

The Lecithin is good for circulation, fat digestion, and a host of
other things, The Brewers Yeast is good for Stress, fatigue,
digestion, bowels, Mental Fatigue and a host of other things also.
The A, E, & Olive oil are good for liver and immune system.
The calcium for bones and nerves just to name a few.

You will need to adjust to the taste as Brewers Yeast is not like eating
Ice Cream or Candy -- But is very beneficial to the Body system.


Only a small percentage of individuals cannot use Brewers Yeast. Because
they are sensitive to the yeast. Not nutrients that are provided.

The Way to determine is after you have been on the Brewers Yeast Milkshake
for a while 5 to 6 weeks your body energy levels should be better. If not and
you actually feel less energy than before you may be one of the few that is
extremely sensitive to yeast. Which means that you should also stop eating
any type of food that has yeast in it. Mainly all Breads and Boxed Cereals.
