How to use SPICES for Medicinal Purposes

Spices used For:
DIGESTION, HEARTBURN, GAS, BLOATED-NESS, SICK-STOMACH,
STOMACH PAIN, DIAHERRA

CINNAMON GINGER CLOVES NUTMEG ALLSPICE

Instructions:  Mix One tablespoon  all the spices listed  and Store in jar.

How to Use:
Mix  1/4 teaspoon of  the blended spices  in  3 or  4 oz of  Hot Water Stir and Drink. Can add 1/2 teaspoon of  Honey some Lemon for taste if desired.

THIS CAN BE REPEATED EVERY 30 MINUTES UNTIL YOU GET RELIEF.

Spices used For:
SORE THROATS, COLD, CONGESTION, LARYNGITIS, SCRATCHY THROAT, HOARSE-NESS, FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS.

SAGE, OREGANO, MARJORAM, THYME, BASIL, ROSEMARY,

Instructions:  Mix One tablespoon  all the spices listed  and Store in jar.

How to Use:
Mix  1/4 teaspoon of  the blended spices  in  3 or  4 oz of  Hot Water Stir and Drink. Can add 1/2 teaspoon of  Honey some Lemon for taste if desired.

THIS CAN BE REPEATED EVERY 30  MINUTES UNTIL YOU GET RELIEF.

NOTE: One Teaspoon of  each spice can be used in place of  the tablespoon for  less amounts of  the spice mixtures.

These spices are the  used to cook with and can be purchased  purchase at your local supermarket
